Best DVD Rental and/or Movie download forum in UK/Ireland

Would like to join a DVD Rental place where they offer World movies from either UK or Ireland - anyone any good suggestions ?

Also, would like to know any good foreign movie download sites - preferably where they give a description of the film and maybe some screens. Presumably would post these into the Links forum here ? This is partially off-topic as I am looking not specifically for material relevant to this group, but all good World movie material. For example, is there a good forum for NEW World movies ?

I will try to rip/post in here the stuff I believe is relevant, but like I say, I like world movies of most kinds so not all is for here.

They are very good as a database, also for girl movies, but their prices are too high for me and they have a bad habit of converting PAL to NTSC that ruins the quality.

Some years ago I went through their catalogue and ordered all girl movies that were available from places *other* than CVMC (eg., various European sites). That's how I acquired most of my DVD and VHS collection
