Possibly useful German streaming site ?

Found this whilst searching for what looks like a good film (Ich Back' mir einem mann), but don't know enough German to find out how/if it is possible to download, or if it is SPAM. Anyone have a clue - looks like some good stuff there :-

Looks like a site allowing to d/d (I´m still not sure whether for free or not) the stuff which has been broadcasted on German TV stations.

Having a forst look at I was surprised by a lot of pop ups and endless cookies. Looks like you need to record their stuff using their special player AND THEN you may download ( seems for legal reasons ). Downloading seems to be available during kind of happy hours ( bandwidth ) between 0 and 6 AM ??
For me this site looks complete illegal ;) - but who knows... In any case you need to create an account.

A first search got some matches still not all archived was found...
