Synopsis:

A strange short black and white film, about an embittered woman, Miss Gentilbelle, who is bringing up her son, Bobby, as a girl, Roberta. The boy doesn't know that he is a boy, but the ex-husband who was the origin of the mother's hatred of men, is in the background and will try to rescue the boy.

The mother uses the expedient of slaughtering the boy's pet animals to punish him. The boy is played by Beau Rutherford, in his only film role. The film portrays the story of a book by Charles Beaumont, which is said to be autobiographical.
