В судьбе белорусской поэтессы Ларисы Гениюш, на основе мемуаров которой сделан фильм, соединились воедино жажда личной свободы и свободы своего народа, свойственная лучшим предствителям интеллигенции. Прошедшая через эмиграцию, сталинские лагеря, героиня осталась верна прежде всего самой себе - своему таланту и своей Родине.

Birds without a nest
In the fate of Byelorussian poetess Larisa Heniyush, whose memoirs this movie is based on, joined the thirst for personal liberty and for freedom of her nation, peculiar to the best representatives of intelligentsia. Passing through emigration and Stalin's camps, the heroine remained faithful above all to herself - her talent and her homeland.

A shame, really...

But... Many movies released here are in this same vein: Minimal but clip-worthy scenes that feature children..

I would suggest that the scenes featured in the pix are most definitely clip-worthy!!
