YOUNG LOVE is a heart-warming story of a young boy’s first love, friendship and growing up. The story is set in one of the suburbs of Helsinki in which the lightness and the dark sides of suburbian life can be seen side by side. JUKKA is a 13-year-old boy who wants to protect a 19-year-old girl, JOHANNA, living in the house next door to his own, from her violent stepfather. MARTTI is Jukka’s art teacher, who teaches Jukka the secrets of photography. Johanna wants to become a model. Jukka’s photographs help her enter a modelling competition – and finally win it. Jukka falls in love with Johanna, but she rejects him because he is too young and inexperienced for her. After her win, Johanna moves to live on her own and detaches herself from Jukka. When also Martti is nearing his end, Jukka feels all left alone.
YOUNG LOVE is a story of the first steps of love that often cause pain. It is a story of finding the world of adults, seen through the eyes of a young boy. Jukka wants to get there but his own wings do not prove strong enough. Letting go and giving in are just part of life.
At the end of the story, Johanna and Jukka meet one more time. This is not the right time for their young love, but perhaps at some other point in future…

Has anyone seen a movie from Finland called Young Love? I don't what it's name is in Finnish. It looks really good though! Anyone know where i can find it?
Oddly enough, the movie's original title in Finnish seems to be... "Young Love".
The film seems to be about a young boy and an older girl. As FLM has evolved, we are mostly interested in girl movies here, not as much boy movies though there are some and some interest if it's a good movie.
Thanks a lot for the link. Yes, that is what the movie is about. I'm not sure I have the right software for that link. I have WinRAR, would that work? Thanks for the subtitles too.
1. No
2. This board presents links for a filesharing client called eDonkey 2000 or eMule; the protocol starts with "ed2k" instead of "http". If you have not installed this client, it doesn't make any sense to stay here.
3. You might of course d/l the parts of this movie from FLL's direct download http - link, but you will need a joiner like HJ-Split to get a complete movie. Again, for getting a joiner, you best use eMule; here is an eMule - link: Like this post to see ed2k links [167.6 KiB]
4. Both posts - the eMule - link and the d/l - link - will give you the same file, your requested movie
However, if you want to experience the wealth of goodies here you need to understand eMule & it's principles. There are brief descriptions on the board here & a more detailed overview will be found by using a google search.
Many here will also be happy to help, but on the understanding you put some effort in yourself.
