Apparently inspired by Russell Crowe's "A Good Year", the Austrian Chef de Cuisine Sarah Wiener
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarah_Wiener
used the Château Margüi in Provence for a cooking course with children. The course started at July 15th, 2008 and lasted 1 month; the 12 children were between 10 and 14 years old and came from Germany, France, Belgium and Switzerland, the film-crew from France and Germany. Besides, the children learned a lot about agriculture and gardening and were responsible for the pigs, rabbits and chickens.

Not everything was so easy to do like visiting a "Chocolatier" as in Ep 9. In Ep 7, some children learn how to kill rabbits, nothing for the faint hearted.
You should speak some German and French to follow the adventures - the children do, and they are really a cute bunch...
You may need some patience, because right now, I'm the only source.
