Unlike the Satrip link, it has English audio. I know of no subs, and even if they exist, there is a significant chance the timing would be off to some extent, as TV broadcasts are so often cut to fit a timeslot.

There's a good chance it's seeded, the sources info link shows there is at least one complete source.
