A woman and her daughter escape an abusive home and end up in a remote women's shelter. When the seemingly compassionate owner of the shelter befriends the little girl, she begins to turn against her mother.

Verified off-topic - Hannah Lochner (the daughter) was 17 at filming. Link in Rich's post shows 1 complete source.

Hannah Lochner (b. July 1993) was probably 14 at the time of shooting, and therefore it should be on-topic. The film was shot in 2007 and released in 2008. The IMDB simply got the release year wrong.

Even if they got the release year right she was under 16.

I haven't seen the film to see what kind and or how much screen time she has, but she is on-topic.
