i take it this is 'katy perry' i hate the song intensely,and i hate her slightly less since she dumped that fud, russell brand.

Personally I'm not a fan of her. I do like some of her music. This song grew on me. Didn't know about the music video till I listed the top searches on Google "Who is the little girl in Wide Awake by Katy Perry was one of them. Oh in case you're wondering her name is Melanie Wall. (info was from yahoo answers so it's unconfirmed)

This music video was actually quite well done, the music so-so - not great but not terrible, and certainly better than a lot of the MTV-style stinkers I've seen.
