Nope. The resolution figures shown above are including the padding with black bars above and below the picture. Actual resolution of the 720p that I downloaded is 1280 x 360. Instead of the expected widescreen 16:9, it is actually 32:9.

Take a screenshot and crop the actual content (without the black bars) and you'll see what I mean.
