Ottokar interferes everywhere. Where he assumes injustices, he can not restrain himself. Unfortunately the good Ottokar is often misunderstood and misinterpreted as a sassy pioneer. "Of course, the Ottokar," say the teacher, the parents, the neighbors.

Fortunately the new class teacher recognizes Ottokar's good nucleus and directs our world reformer in the right direction.

This rip kept bothering me. Although nobody complained, I decided to replace it by a new version that plays correctly on my laptop.
