I too am with sending him to time out...

We are now getting 'every' single video that 'every' cute girl uploads to youtube(admins there are 1000s of these). Too much clutter to sort each day, even worse if you don't visit FLM as often. Actual movie releases will and probably are getting over looked!

Youtube/vimeo is always there for majority of us to view. Might as well start a youtube channel that the donkey can link and host the music videos to that way he can keep it all in one thread.

This is getting to be like the spam I find every time I open my email. Funny but also sad.

WISH that were the case.....however all videos uploaded fit the parameters set by FLM (ie.commercially produced, 16 and under, or children in them)

Many people cannot search vimeo or youtube or download them or spend the time finding them. Many I found over years. I do the work for them as this is what brought me here years ago as a lurker (as some might wish differently ). The music videos. Mine are no different then Kensia Sitnik, Assol, or Alina Grousa.

I doubt many will miss the amazing movies many of you bring to FLM due to the vids. I myself appreciate all the great movies.


As for Pink Army's credentials vs random singing girl post -

I don't download 99% of these either but there may be some people who do. Different strokes for different folks.

If it weren't the case, I would not bother.

In 10 days the music vids I posted have been downloaded at least 122 times. That is only counting "completed" downloads. Not partial hits or downloads of the shorts or misc. ed2k links like the Yemini girl. For me, that is successful and I am thrilled to be able to "pass on" these videos.

Note: I am selective of what vids I post.
1. I have to like them....I don't post what I would not watch or have not watched.
2. Has to be in HD at least 720p, but preferably 1080.
3. Maintains the guidelines as set out by FLM.

I, for one, want to thank you for your contributions to FLM.

I'm a music vid buff, and I really appreciate the recent focus on these videos.. I think the girls are really cute.

We already know what some members in the past have done using existing parameters as a tool to get attention...

Posting too many at once was what I was and am concerned about. Yes I can obviously ignore them but I am trying to give some credit to you by seeing what you have brought us. At times I would post several movies at once and or posted at a time when several other people posted something as well but found that when I did the attention is spread out and each release doesn't get the respect and or attention it deserves, sometimes missed/overlooked completely. Also when others have dropped 10 or more short films on us I try very hard to check each one out but always I have over looked a few due to simply not having the time to be thorough. No doubt there are others that are short on time as well. If you are happy with a very few people feeding your ego each day so be it but you will get more 'real' attention by spreading it out a bit instead of a daily hand grenade.

PTg does have a point there. If you release too many things at once, some of them will get overlooked or lost in the clutter. I'm holding back on a few films myself until people are done downloading what I released a few days ago.

I would also appreciate if, like you just did with the excellent post about Pink Army, you would flesh out the releases a bit more. I have Flash blocked by default for security and bandwidth reasons, so I don't see ANYTHING in your posts except text. Some screenshots, reviews, comments, etc. would be much appreciated. Even a link to a fan page which has such information will do.

WOW! I totally did not even think about that! I just assumed people could see what it looked like from the "paused" youtube vid that comes up from the embed.
Great idea emuler I will take care of adding more info.....someone had said that before (about adding screenshots and pics) but I couldn't understand why it was needed......NOW I know.

I only try to release 3-5 posts at a time. But as I do consolidate the videos to save space on FLM (ie. all Kerri Medders vids under Kerri Medders rather then each song a separate post), I can see how 3 posts can actually consist of many vids. I will take that into consideration. So I do underrstand PTG and appreciate your thoughts and I will eventually settle down, but right now I am still new and still WAY too excited to keep things bottled up!

However I am sitting on larger stuff and waiting due to the great posts made recently.

I have Flash blocked by default for security and bandwidth reasons, so I don't see ANYTHING in your posts except text.

I don't see anything in posts besides text either and I don't have flash blocked. I thought that anonym wasn't working again but apparently that's not it. Do you have any idea why embeded videos don't work for me anymore? I use firefox and have the "warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page" box unchecked.
