It’s hard to find a succinct category for Italian director Rino Stefano Tagliafierro. The most recent piece by the Milan based director, entitled My Super8, is an animated sequence which morphs together over 300 photographs of two lifeless young twins. The combination of cuckoo clocks, wolfs and deer heads wrapped around five minutes of kisses, hair pulling and whispers is enough to make even David Lynch feel a little bit uneasy.
