Alina Kukushkina

Hi everyone !

It is something rare for me to post about Music here, and I wasn't absolutely sure that it is the better place to post this but...

Here it is : my son watches the show Masha and Mishka (aka Masha and the bear), an animated series featuring a bear and a little girl.
Last night I ended up on a youtube video for one of the various songs of the show, featuring images of Masha's voice IRL... She is such a cutie !
Her name is Alina Kukushkina (Алина Кукушкина), but since I can't read or understand Russian, I'd need some help from those who can !

here is a playlist where you can see her :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XxzxSH ... XxzxSHHwgs

She is definitely adorable on the second video...

EDIT : looks like I have trouble embedding a youtube video... any piece of advice ?

Hope you'll enjoy !

Here is a couple of links that may help you http://vk.com/club49662873 and http://kokay.ru/ne-klasika/alina-kukush ... video.html

As for the streaming video this message was on your link Embedding disabled by request ;)

But for streams that are allowed simply put the embedding address between making sure under the embed code listed under 'share' is the addres between the " " such as add https: at the beginning then under the add size after the =

Hope this helps :)

Thanks for the post reastiavachi! She is a cutie!

Like PTG said, you almost had the embed, but you have to post the sizes in order, with a comma, in-closed with the first youtube. And within the last year you have to add the http: or https: like you did.

Песенка про следы из "Маша и Медведь".mov
Dubbed into English, this is Elsie Fisher who does the English version of Alina's Masha, her and Alina also play the same character in Despicable Me.

Ah ah !!! Thanks to all of you for your replies !
I had no energy, nor time to give to this embedding issue last night... And I was just thinking it could have been linked to another problem I'm having lately : about 2/3 of the embed video just won't show up here, in Firefox... Dunno why. For example, I can see ptg's embeded vid, but not the other ones... any clue ?

I sometimes use Google to translate pages, too. I do a lot of translation (mostly japanim subs) from english to french (English is not my mother tongue), and I must confess that google translation can be a real false friend :p
Anyway, thanks again to all of you, I will definitely be keeping an eye on her now ;)

Hmmm....reast, see if you can see my embeds now. I re-submitted with https vs http. I use Opera and https and http work fine for me. But I remember 6 months ago, FAA or Emuler was having this problem with firefox. This is a new issue since the end of last year with a change in the new firefox. In fact thats why FLM dropped anonym on youtube links. https://www.first-loves.com/forums/v ... it=firefox

Let me know if that worked for your browser. Then I can make sure to use Https in the future.

however to get http to work in your browser,
You can turn this protection off in Firefox by opening a blank tab and typing about:config in the address bar. Firefox will warn you that you may be violating the warranty (yuk yuk what warranty?) and you have to acknowledge it. Type (or paste) security.mixed_content.block_active_content into the search bar, then double-click the line when it appears, changing true to false. The blocking will be turned off. Repeat the procedure to re-enable it. Credit to mimzy for finding this fix.

I am all about safe surfing, but as everything here is legal, I really do not see what "protection" firefox is providing by not allowing the http.

The http in an https page is a potential security risk (not here at FLM, of course, but generally). The common use for https is for e-commerce sites, like banking and online shops. You expect stuff on that page to be secure. When Firefox sees that some parts of a supposedly secure page are plain http, it feels duty bound to alert you to the situation. Again, this is not relevant at FLM, but Firefox doesn't know that.

Thank you so much, donkeykog ! Now I can see your embeddings :)

I changed the setting, too : I know how to protect my computer without needing an intervention from Firetox :)
Thanks to mimzy, too, for this tip

And thank you too, emuler, for your explanation !
