Blu Yoshimi Di Martino was born in Italy in 1997. She has been an artistic gymnast since she was five. Blu is the daughter of Producer/Director Alex di Martino and Actress Lidia Vitale. Her father is a buddhist and therefore gave her a second name "yoshimi", which she prefers to use. She has starred in movies, shorts and TV productions since 2006.
At thirteen, Clara is experiencing the passage from childhood games to adolescence’s first dreams of independence. Her sister Sofia, on the other hand, is ten years old and has her own way of communicating. Words don’t suit her and she prefers to find a language in the sounds made by everyday objects. A paintbrush knocking against a glass jar can become a call for help or only an attempt to manifest her presence.
Her family accepts Sofia’s silence, but Clara is the one who feels it most and reveals her discomfort with a gesture.
