Oh, I did not know that. Looks like my client does not have this setting. In this case, something like 20% of the file seems to be "hidden". Wondering what happens when all visible parts have been downloaded. Parts that the releaser has already uploaded are hidden so he won't upload them again, but upload fresh parts which no one else has; the people who have downloaded those parts are expected to share them with each other. 
eMule Plus has something similar called JumpStart.
