My favourite is Easynews. 10 Gigs per month for $9,98, as far as I'm informed. What is left of the 10Gigs when a month is over, is going into the next month, etc. So you have some sorta Gig bank, as they call it.
Good speed (I can get up to 700kb/s), many groups (>50000) and long retention time for many important groups (useful, if you wanna find some older posts). :)

Credit card for international and some more for national payments.
Although, Western Union is widely accepted in the world.

I use Newsbin, but it's not free.
I chose it because it can aggregate articles from multiple news servers.

I note the post about OT groups, but is there really more and different material there than on P2P ? Or is it just a matter of getting the films much quicker ?
Making decision shortly whether to invest so apprciate advice on what NGs contain.
