I just wanted to share this recent interview with Brooke. She has written a book called "There Was a Little Girl" all about her childhood experiences and close relationship with her mother. In this interview she also talks about how much she loved working on Pretty Baby and what it's like raising her two daughters today. There is a lot of insight here... if you can get past how slow... the.... interviewer..... talks......

i know this might sound like a cliché but has anyone seen the entire issue of playboy magazine first hand? I am just wondering i have heard that there was a article done up as well that i would very much like to read if possible as well to see all the pages to Sugar and Spice. I did read some where they asked her and i am sorry to say "what does it mean it be good in bed?" she did reply and i do love this "to make your bed when you wake up" It sickens me to think that someone asked Brooke this, however I do not know if it was in playboy or not. I also would like to know how many pictures they did of her in the magazine. I heard any where from a few 10-15 to a lot more

Sorry, there is nothing to READ in Sugar and Spice (1976, published by Playboy Press) other than the dust jacket and credits. It is all pictures and does not seem to have anything at all to do with FLM. I would not share it anyway if I had it. See the article linked in the post before yours for more information on photographer Gary Gross.

I remember that the first part of the "Pretty Baby: Brooke Shields" (TV Mini Series 2023) documentary gave a good overview of the kind of idiotic media coverage Brooke received in her childhood. The interviewers did not come out looking very good. I don't know if it is still shared here but it is surely available on torrent. (Part 2 goes into her young adulthood.)
