Interesting.. It appears that the phrase 'Penny Dreadful' comes from an old British Serial/Anthology, [according to Wikipedia]:

Interesting that the director Shane Atkinson would only be sharing a SD version if an HD one exists, although the working Vimeo link IS 11 years old.

Also interesting that the member ShaneAtkinson was here for one day and shared the link. Any relation maybe?

On eMule is "Penny Dreadful (2013).720p.short" in MKV and SRT that I have been unable to download and verify as of yet.

On ulozto is a 1080p version with English audio and optional internal Czech subtitles:
