TV drama tells the story of Cathy, whose mother stops caring for her and she must go into an orphanage. The doctor wants her to be adopted by the family of his brother whose child died. Cathy is selected but at first isn't very welcome in the new family because the mother wanted to adopt a baby. Cathy later becomes permanently anchored in the new family. Her immediate, open nature eventually wins everyone over. Cathy has found a new permanent home and a firm belief in good family relations. And as she tells the children: "You are all my parents were born, but to me our choice."
