Synopsis:

Young Noa and Michael are put in the care of their new nanny, Leonor, whom Noa suspects is a malicious supernatural being. Dismissed by those around her, Noa works to uncover Leonor's true identity but soon finds far more than she bargained for herself.

Here's the other movie that I'm releasing with the theme of ancient, supernatural entities that are striving to break through and exist in the mortal world.. (Again; each of my recent releases are films I just stumbled across while looking for other movies [mostly from ART's MegaPost..], and all of them were a VERY pleasant surprise. There hasn't been one, so far that I haven't liked in some way.)

I really liked this one, though it definitely had it's problems. There were some nice twists that I didn't see coming right off which made me smile [...at being taken off guard: When you've seen as many films as we have here at FLM, it's kind of hard to be surprised.. ], and added to my enjoyment of the film.

Noa played by Jadin Harris is a stubborn, bratty 13 yo, while her brother Michael, played by Christian Ganiere tended to be sullen and a little strange right off the bat. Of course when the Nanny McPhee-ish Leonor shows up and takes over the household, no one believes Noa that something strange is going on and the new nanny is possibly dangerous.

Again, this film delves into the mythical and supernatural world of other-realmly creatures.

The biggest problem for me was that I didn't really like Noa as much as I liked some of the other characters in the films I've seen lately. (But that's just a personal thing with me.. )

Question though: I noticed my version runs 1:20:59; basically an hour and 21 mins, whereas your version is 1:17:41.

Is the 3 mins and change difference due to the NTSC and PAL differentials?

Because there really is nothing to cut out of this film [ESPECIALLY 3 mins worth]. It's American Standard Rating [which isn't shown] is probably PG or PG-13 at the most; which can STILL show some pretty brutal images.

My version runs with 25 fps instead of 23.976 fps. That's all.
