If you rip the German subs, I can provide a translation as I have this on VHS with English subs.

From what I previewed of Sojky v hlave it looks like kids have 80% screen time. Mostly a BM but even the scene you mentioned was several minutes long. It would qualify as a first-love movie if you or someone else wants to release it.
