Does the girl appear much in this? In the screenshots (presumably picked at random through the length of the film) I can't really see who the film stars to know if it's worth grabbing! Maybe it's just bad luck where the screenshots were taken by random!

Yes. MPC takes random pics when creating the thumbnails. The girl has pretty much screen time.
