Sam and her friends Gablu and Bunty are into the paranormal and want to investigate a local haunted estate, the Bardez Villa. In 1983 the author who lived there died under mysterious circumstances while writing a book "The Ghost of Sultanpore" which has since become infamous. Their plans to just go in and look around are dashed when the writer's granddaughter moves into the house with her family. But then people who come in contact with Jenny start dying. Always the same way, as if their heart had been squeezed by an invisible hand and thoroughly dessicated. Is this her doing, or has something in that house been waiting 36 years for Jenny to return?

As with most shows of its type streaming these days, the story is engaging for younger and older audiences alike, although some scenes may be too scary for the little ones - like our young heroine getting her heart ripped out Temple of Doom style. The dialogue track is mostly in Hindi although they shift into English and several other languages throughout. Netflix subtitles are included in English, German, Spanish, and French. Enjoy!
