Can't hear English audio, but below is the translation of the Russian voiceover. Does anybody recognize the movie?

Mom: Who did it then? Santa Claus? Don't you know I borrowed this dress at the studios? And now it is spoiled. What do you think, where do clothes come from? Do you think they grow on trees? Sit!

Mom: No, sit quietly! Where is the soap? So much dirt around and inside!

I had managed to hear the "You are covered in cake" line and the mention of Santa and "where is the soap" but had not heard the bit about the "studios". The scenario reminds me of the sort of thing that could be in [REL] Mommie Dearest (1981) but I am pretty certain it is NOT that one. (I checked the subtitle file for mentions of CAKE or SANTA.) Maybe another similar story about an abusive actress brunette mother with a blonde daughter?
