No luck on this? Apparently there's an HD version on amazon.de, but I don't know how to get videos from non-US versions of the site that you have to buy/rent

@ghost is able to rip videos from AmazonVideoDE and I also have numerous other contacts that can rip from there with custom scripts (not with commercially available software like StreamFab).

I will keep my eyes open on private forums & trackers.

There's an American version here:

But it's not HD. So I suspect the German version is upconverted faux HD as well. Could be wrong but there's a good chance that's the case. I remember seeing Moonlight available for HD rental and downloaded it to my hard drive ... only to find it was in 720p format, and actually the PAL DVD looked a little better. Disappointing. Quality really does vary a lot with these Prime Video purchases.
