charlottegainsbourg1, if you post a list of movies of interest, I'll try to put a picture to them. I have about 120 preview vids. Also, I wonder if anyone ever thought to zip up all the CIC movie previews and post them on Emule?

CIC is a friend site. We do not rip off our friends. Hence the rule about not posting CIC images and clips. However, anyone else is fair game. Just search eMule for MUSP.

yeah it would be nice to post some pics from the film instead typing out all the info and had to open another window to rarefilmfinder.com and to see if any keywords like (etc) would be faster way!

The RFF site is located in Russia, which is still the "wild west" of the Internet where the laws are looser. FLM and most of its users are in the West. The rules regarding referring certain details to RFF were a conscious decision by the admins to help keep this site and its users safe legally... see https://www.first-loves.com/forums/v ... php?t=2447 These things always go in cycles anyway, lately the pendulum has swung towards a looser definition of what's allowable.

Also... FLM is not for "special" movies alone. Lots of movies RFF has nothing to say about are released and appreciated here for their overall qualities, and there are users here who are interested mainly in such movies. And moreso as time goes on.

What's the point of separating DLs from the movie's description? This is a movie site, not a pics site, and screencaps are intended to help you decide whether the movie looks good. When you phrase your pic requests in that vein you'll get a better response.

the b&w movies are great. i like girls. if you don't like b&w. your'e missing some great actresses.

Agreed, but general statements like that don't really help anyone. Find specific movies others here might like, find a source for them, and release them! Or if you have seen them and recommend them but don't have a source, post a [REQ] and maybe someone will have one or remember it when they see it.

Hmm.. there was a humongous rar (~ 1GB) containing tons of pics and clips (site rip Earth Angel Video, I think) which I can't find any more on ed2k. I posted it here when I first came to FLM, and my post was promptly deleted by the admins (only Rich and ghost were admins back then, if my memory serves me correctly).

Hence my heads up to you about friend sites.

On a related note: It will be nice if posters give proper links to RFF, so we can go there with just a click, instead of having to search for the title there (btw. their search is just as bad as ours; LOL seems non-English characters screw up the works).

I see a user name lurking on board periodically, CIC; is that your friend? They lurk but never post. Have your friends posted one source at FLM? I highly doubt that, with a post count of zero.

Or perhaps they make anonymous contributions none of us ever see. If that is the case, then I guess I see their nick everyday to collect links in repayment, which they in turn use to resell to people like you and me.

Perhaps friend is not the right word.
