No, I don't have the Italian subtitles, but I noticed that all the actors (do NOT speak in their original Italian language.) or I think there will be the English audio somewhere, otherwise they wouldn't have put the title in English "Billie’s Magic World".

The sexy blonde actress Valeria Marini who plays "Ortensia" in the film, does not match her voice, in the film it was dubbed by someone else.
