???????????????

It does not need an upscale because it is already available in 1080p: like the fichier link that YOU posted!
Maybe you should try looking at the file?

1080p Italian with Italian, French, or English subtitles. [Code] It is also available in various smaller 1080p files in seeded torrents, not necessarily with subtitles:

OK, I admit I did not check video quality. What about all the torrents? I found other 1080p torrents than the ones I listed, and the ones that are still seeded are identified as WEBrips and are different sizes with different encoders. This suggests there was an actual 1080p source, even if it is not a superior quality restoration.

Ghost has been around long enough :icon_old that he knows what movies interest him, although certainly he might have seen it in the past. I have been at FLM long enough that I have some idea :icon_thk of what kinds of movies he likes :inlove and I would never expect that movie to be one of them. :hand I think he was just being polite. Now if you ask ME about the wrong movie my comments might make your ears bleed ...

Night457 already answered for me.

Nah, I'm just not interested in those cheap stupid movies with naked teenagers who are already close to adulthood.

Besides the link you posted is already in 1080p.

Alberto Lattuada's films are neither stupid nor cheap, a little respect for his movies  ...

Every director makes the occasional crap movie. Here I am willing to be harsh just based on the plot synopses that have the same tone across multiple sites. It looks to be disgusting and a terrible idea for a "comedy". I do not have to watch it (but I downloaded it) and I will not apologize for making a quick judgment.
An older man plans to marry a mentally-challenged, sex-crazed, adolescent girl.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0155830/
In order to convince Raimonda, a wealthy noble woman, to finance his project for a holiday resort, Saverio gets engaged to Clotilde, her mentally-disturbed and sex-obsessed adolescent daughter. He plans to have her kidnapped and raped by an accomplice so she won't be a virgin anymore and he'll have an excuse to get out of the impending marriage. But what he doesn't plan is to fall in love with the girl...

Le farò da padre (also known as I'll Take Her Like a Father and Bambina) is a 1974 Italian comedy film co-written and directed by Alberto Lattuada....
The lawyer Mazzacolli (Proietti) wants to get his hands on the properties of a countess (Papas) and, helped by a local nobleman (Scaccia), staged the kidnapping of the countess' mentally-disabled child whose hand he had asked for (Savoy). The move would force the hand of the countess, particularly for granting the usufruct of the property to her future husband. Mazzacolli had not reckon with love, which unpredictably changes ideas and situations.

So a crook plans to set up the kidnap and rape of a retard girl, and this is a COMEDY? But he is reformed by falling in love, how heart-warming. Throw in some incest humor with the alternate title "I'll Take Her Like a Father" ha ha. What was Lattuada thinking? If that is what he finds funny then count me out.

It is possible that the synopsis fails to do the movie justice. I only scrolled through it quickly and watched the final scene, so I know how it ends. But no potential viewer need apologize for avoiding it if this is how the movie is advertised. There are too many movies with more obvious potential than to waste time giving every movie a viewing.
