So I was wrong, it means the animal on the poster is a hedgehog. Black and white creates confusion.Night457 wrote: Sat Sep 06, 2025 9:15 pm I see the chin in Caley's new picture! That one is a hedgehog!

Exclusive Clip: Iván Fund's El mensaje (The Message) (2025 Berlinale): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILtUs9X7uhw

Still, the animal on the POSTER is different than the hedgehog in the video, because the poster animal has a black snout and not a pink one. So maybe there was a baby porcupine too???
General rundown of hedgehog vs. porcupine differences: https://wildlifeinformer.com/hedgehog-vs-porcupine/
It seems that hedgehogs are not native to the Americas but like much wildlife sometimes imported as pets. Incidentally, the 4th picture in the first post shows a capybara, which is a rodent and native to South America like porcupines. (Other parts of the world have porcupines also.)
I specifically looked online for pictures of baby porcupines. Exasperatingly, not only were there MANY images of hedgehogs misidentified as porcupines, there were many pictures identified as AI-sourced. That means you could call those images whatever you want because both the words and the pictures are lies.
Even after seeing actual pictures of actual young porcupines, the "chinless" poster would leave me unsure. Thank you Caley, now after seeing the trailer and the clip I am interested in the movie. I can not justify the choice of black and white cinematography, but I am not bothered by it.
