Back in the day, they didn't muck about with intimacy coordinators; the whole concept was completely unheard of. Body doubles were used occasionally, but they could get away with scenes that would be unthinkable now. For example, in Blue Nude (1978), with a girl of similar age (though looking much younger) as Katerina Falbrová, no body double was used in the explicit scenes.

Blue Nude is not a porn flic. Not according to IMDB, at least. If someone says so, I doubt they have even watched it. Luigi Scattini is a serious director who also made a couple of borderline soft-core movies, but while Blue Nude certainly deals with sleazy themes, the movie itself is not even a sleazy one.

Now, what part of "a girl of similar age as Katerina Falbrová" don't you get? The actress playing the 15yo girl living in the same building as the male protagonist was 13yo. Well, her character in the movie explicitly says she's 15yo, maybe for legal reasons after the intimate scenes, but she certainly looks way younger. Very much like Jodie Foster in Taxi Driver. Having watched tens of thousands of movies, and counting my movie collection in petabytes, I can think of no better example of not using a body double.

I'm sorry for derailing this thread (which, incidentally, I noticed because I'm the one who originally created and shared the file posted by the OP) with my off-topic post though. I promise not to post or share anything here again.
