Not the exact file as posted here on emule (different size) but it definitely matches kev's description.

Ugh, you were not kidding it is awful and I don't blame you for the disclaimer. (It has been awhile since I heard commentary that crude and nasty from guys who think they are funny.) The last 15 seconds after the video suggest that the Usenet video is probably a TVrip from New York public access television.

The Connections section in the IMDB link of "Middle School Confessions" and the end of the Usenet video (pictured above) reveal that it is Middle Skool Skanks (2002 TV Short).

But thank goodness we have the proper version of this video! The "Alcohol" one is a camrip from TV but I don't think it has unwanted commentary. I only found the YouTube video in the first place by doing a Yandex image search on the FLM screenshots. The descriptions and comments at YouTube led me to the "Middle School Confessions" IMDB page which pretty much confirmed the source. Before first posting in this topic I DID look for a complete uncut version of the full HBO documentary but only found the individual YouTube clips.

I put it through a video processor before I posted it. I usually do that, to reduce the risk that I accidentally pass on malware or identifying information.
