There's a 2008 film starring Anna Friel "Bathory Countess Of Blood" (2008) about the same person - but from the trailers the girls all look to be 16+ this is it's IMDb where you can watch the trailer

Some of them seem very loosely about her and not exactly historical. But then how many historical films do we get about Vlad Tepes / Vlad Dracula?
