The dvd link posted by Rich,like many of his links, was never confirmed,so quite possibly isn't available,if you're able to download via emule i'll reshare the smaller version(which is also on torrent

The HD version is available on Apple TV (Denmark), but I am not living there. Anyone can help us download it from Apple?
