I did to, some time ago. I found this file on emule (4.32gb), but it really is somewhat poor:

It is 1080p but quality is still pretty scratchy, and does have English hard subs. I would confidently say this is no better than a mid quality dvdrip. I am not sure if I would recommend downloading it all. But I was curious and it had a big filesize attached to it so I bit.

This movie has been of interest to me and it looks pretty good!


EDIT:
Oh wait hold on, I got an actual upgrade. This one is much better. I haven't gotten the 698mb version to compare, but I am assuming this is somewhat better. If anyone out there has access to a full DVD, I'd be interested!
