Amazon is tricky. It doesn't work with a VPN. It checks the DNS server. It has to be located in the US.
I am using https://www.smartdnsproxy.com. Works perfectly.

Like ghost says, it's probably not available anywhere.

However, I wanted to add that sometimes Amazon says the language is "English" when there are English hard subs. This was the case with The Italian. Amazon says the language is English but it's actually Russian with hardcoded English subtitles (and optional subs for the hard at hearing).

Oh well, worth a shot. Damn shame.

And I figured incorrect information at Amazon was the norm.

I'm honest. I did download the movie from Amazon, but I was rather dissaponted. It didn't like it much.
But tastes vary...

Here is the Amazon version, ripped by xiaochuan888. It is dubbed in English like the Tubi version. Xiaochuan888 also mentioned that the HDTV version has better video quality despite having a logo
