Wow, this is mind-boggling to me, because I only found the site in video search results.

From the top-level of the site (https://vk.com/) with the login that I have never done, I don't see a direct link to that part. However, there is a Search bar. Just search for a movie title you think might be on the site: VK defaults to English for me, probably because of my usual VPN country. It also has Russian, Ukrainian, and many other language options. See the bottom of the page on the first screenshot.
