Yeah, you need the original Swedish release. There are several censored versions.
I found this one:

It seems to be uncut (it is about 3 minutes shorter because the final credits are missing).
So at least I have an audio track in another language

There definitely is a uncensored german version. I once saw it on free-tv with the wannabe defloration scene uncropped. Later I found that most people (interested in our theme) do not even know that the girl is more than just topless in this scene ...

Did you rip it from Nflix? I found the following on my Swedish sites which seem to match yours:
