i downloaded your torrent and used ur subtitle
the issue still the same every 1min in the movie i delay the sub timing to synced move after 50min of the movie i end with 12,000ms and i stop because it missed up in the end

how can i changed the framerate of the opensubtitle from 24fps to 25fps.

Use the Synchronization tab, select "Change frame rate..." and input the framerates you want to use. Click "OK" and it will retime the subtitle, then the new version must be Saved. In this case I made a good guess on the framerate of the existing subtitle.

DO NOT ADJUST IT. I already DID the sync for the subtitle that I put as a direct-download in my post! Do NOT use the original subtitle at opensubtitles.org! I confess I did not watch the movie live, but yet again now I checked the sync in several places throughout the movie. I can see at times that is a few hundredths of a second early or late, particularly with THAT GUY WHO NEVER SHUTS UP. But if you adjust it for his yammering in a few lines, it will be quickly out of sync later. DON'T DO IT. Just let it play and accept that it won't be perfectly in sync for every line. If you have the French subtitle with the French audio and can follow them both, I guess that you will easily notice it. But with French audio and English subtitles it should all run together, unless you are learning French and want a perfectly simultaneous translation. I also admit that I only did a quick check of the Russian-French torrent, to see that it had the same runtime, and then I deleted it. But it should also be synced with the English subtitles TO THE FRENCH audio, not the Russian. The English subtitles were taken from the French subtitles and are synced with the French audio, not any dub. Russian voiceovers in particular will not be timed precisely with the original audio, but this is an issue with dubs in general. An offscreen voice has no need to even attempt a sync with lip movements, because the person can't be seen.
