Devil's file is supposedly 25fps. (It is also at YTS.) Szijarto's is 24fps, so that would account for the 8 minute longer runtime wihout any difference in the footage included.

Szijarto's file is also 10 bit AV1 (av01) codec, which is supposed to be a more efficient encode just like H265 is more efficient than H264 is more efficient than Xvid. So it SHOULD allow smaller files of the same video quality. I have not tested this because my Blu-Ray player does not play the codec, and my laptop has a smallish screen so I would be unlikely to see the difference on it.

I found something like that 9.79Gb WELP torrent too and am trying it. It was renamed without the "TURKISH" so I wondered if "iT" meant an Italian dub!

I've downloaded the 40 GB Bluray-Remux (in about 30 min.) without watching it first. That was a mistake. You nearly see any children in this film.
I didn't keep it.
