I don't understand the controversy with this specific film. There are plenty of movies here that have political or religious overtones, a few are actual propaganda pieces produced by one government or another over the years. The focus on children is what gets them included. It's pretty well understood that religion and politics are not discussed on FLM. Plenty of boards out there for that purpose. We only discuss the movies themselves and related topics - individual cast members, behind the scenes trivia, video/audio processing, stuff like that.
