The encode is what broke it and it probably can not be fixed. Do it over again, maybe even with different software. Sorry.
I'll try, of course, the movie is watched with subtitles, but this lag from the speech, it's not very pleasant to watch

After looking at it awhile and comparing it to deadman's DVD I think I might have figured out the problem!

Deadman's DVD is PAL, 25fps. Your file is 30fps. They should be the same. Use 25fps in your encoding.
Your recode:

You must have set your software to change the framerate of the video without changing the runtime because I see that is the same runtime as the DVD. But the different framerate seems to have gotten the video and audio a few seconds out of sync with each other after several minutes of playback. Recode it almost like you did before but instead make sure you stay with the 25fps of the source. I think, I hope, that it will then have a good sync. It should also make the video play back smoother.
Encoders who really know what they are doing can deliberately change the framerate and get good results, but as for me, I DO NOT DARE.

Thank you very much for the explanation on frames per second, I will try to fix it.
I tried it for the first time to remove the black frame, before this I used the program in a different, and I want to say yesterday I tried another movie to expand and remove the black frame, everything worked out without problems, the sound is normal over time goes

Still didn't fix the speech sound error, I need to use some other program for this

Friends, suggest a good program to remove black frames from video, without loss of quality and without audio fragmentation

The easiest way is to use Handbrake. It does the cropping automatically by default.
