I'm waiting for someone to make a good remake of the live-action TV series The Simpsons.

Just please do not let Disney know that! Going to the movies is already expensive enough. ;)

I know, but I'm going to see this movie anyway, I don't want to miss it, the scenes I saw in the trailer are completely identical to the original except for the duration, the original from 2002 is 1h 25min, while this remake is a nice duration of 2h 39min, excellent!! I would order 500 grams of Popcorn plus Coca-Cola. :D

If you allow me, I'll post here the video of the interview with the little girl who plays Lilo, and also her official Instagram account.

Stoked. But a little skeptical.

I am going to miss that iconic artstyle from the original, but I'll probably forget after watching Lilo. That Maia girl is insanely cute.

Yes, she is really a nice and funny little girl, in fact I follow her on Instagram, this is her first film, I hope she will make other funny films like this in the future. If Disney made a nice remake of Home Alone, the one from 1990 with the actress Maia Kealoha (in the role of the protagonist McCallister), for me it would be a dream. It may be my stupidity, but it's my thought, I'm already getting fond of this little girl. :D

No, don't ruin her career Maia, she believes any movie that came after the first 2 were Direct to Video, I'd be happy if Home Alone was played by a girl.

 I can totally envision that. Home Alone: Hawaii

If they do it right. The few live action Disney films I've seen have been shit.

If you are also referring to that 2021 Disney movie "Home Sweet Home Alone", I definitely share your opinion. Total Crap!!! I only liked the husband and wife thieves, then the rest of the cast unwatchable not to mention the protagonist, let's forget it. :sneaky1

If Disney wants another chance to REALLY remake Home Alone in the future, they should commit to keeping the exact same story as 1990, and the characters as well. Or if they do it straight into (TV Series), with different stories in each episode, I'd be very happy. :)
