Thanks! Temporarily turning off my VPN solved the problem.
And thanks for telling me about the A Teens. Of course I had heard of them back when they were big, but somehow I never really realized that their girls were in the FLM range. For some reason, I always assumed as a matter of course that they were 18 or 19. Guess I didn't look closely enough.

It's surprising, when you look into it, just how many music artists have appeared on our screens that were of FLM age
Around a similar time to Vanessa Paradis there was Tiffany who did I Think We're Alone Now, she was 15. Then we had a resurgence in younger singers from the late 1990s into the early 2000s
