That might start a war. There are so many other options, for those who want to avoid the issues that the bloated corporate monstrosities introduce and refuse to "fix" because they consider them to be "features". I have been switching back and forth between different browsers for years as I get exasperated with one of them. Obviously, my most recent one to get sick of happens to be Chrome. But I still have it installed because sometimes I just need to use it instead. Really I am just a pragmatist: I use what works. If it does not work for something I want to do, I use another option. So if FF works for IMDB for you and Chrome does not, it makes perfect sense to me to have FF as a backup. It is just too exhausting to force one browser to do everything right.

I'm a peaceful kind of guy, I was not trying to start a war. Chrome has its good features. I am just glad my Firefox suggestion was some help. I know I might have a hard time without IMDB.

If you wanna give Google all your personal data, then you can use Chrome. It is frightening that the majority of humanity uses it.

And Facebook too?

I'll leave some navigation options; it won't be necessary to list the names of the ones I recommend.

If you don't want your data stolen, you can also use Tor; you can visit FLM with that browser.

In the end, DreamScape was right, the reason IMDB wasn't working was because my Chrome browser wasn't up to date. Then, as soon as I logged into Chrome, the message "Chrome updated" appeared. I went to IMDB and now it's working as it was before. So the problem was that Chrome needed an update.

DreamScape is frequently right. Glad you are not "forced" to use a non-preferred browser.
