I'm not exactly sure why you translated it to French though, but it doesn’t matter, I was able to make a new English file with the time codes you provided, both are available in the one file now:

Because my English is very bad! It is easier for me to read the French subtitles! and then making the subtitles makes me work English pleasantly! the synchronized english subtitles are also here:
