Well... Here i'tit's:
This was one of those 'Greek' magazine [?Onefan 2004?] releases that they get in the UK.. The marketing is pretty much in Greek, but the film is entirely in the King's/Queen's English...

I loved this movie,really old fashioned stlyes,it was made in '83 but it looks more like the 60s.It's got girls boarding school,teens in uniform,condom confusion and a litle bit of teasing,a definite keeper.

Turns out I had the vhs of this in one of my video store boxes that I purchased a while back. Haven't watched it yet and the cover looks like crap, hopefully it plays Ok. The screenshots here look pretty decent so I may be looking for a share of your rip in the future.
