"без названия" translates from Russian to "untitled" which does not help much. I can not decipher the blurry green-blue station logo, although someone here might recognize it. You are right, it may very well be a Russian movie -- but of course Russian TV stations and streaming sites like ok.ru can still broadcast non-Russian movies.

maybe someone can enhance the logo with a program to see what it really says. Can Topaz software do the trick?

btw for original hvg links waybackmachine has done an excellent job of storing lots of info lol for example the link from the linked thread...
