The single files don't have a full source since days. So keep away from them.
Seems like kev hasn't got the best DSL connection, because his many files spread only so slooooooow...

Information on these:
The first one is 480p French language. It has a brief segment before the movie introducing the young boy actors. After the movie there is a rolling-screen list of the selected filmography of the main leads, including Marcello and Virginie. (It looks like a DVD-extra.) This makes the total runtime about 10 minutes longer.
The second one is the 480p file in the very first post in this thread, Released by kev. It also has the extra footage before and after the movie.
The third one is ~480p Russian voice-over dub.

That's the problem - all the rips are very old and very poor... Even a remastered DVD would be an upgrade...

Yeah. An uncompressed DVD copy would be reasonable for one of our AI-upgrading enthusiasts, if they were interested. Unfortunately, a used DVD lists for crazy mad prices on Amazon. And blizzardkid at one point had a DVD5 uploaded to Uloz, but the links are now dead.

I knew I had this disc somewhere. Took me some time to track it down though. 14-year-old
Virginie Ledoyen stars in this story of a retired colonel who basically kidnaps street kids and takes them home to raise with his wife. Of course he's rich and lives in a mansion so those boys quickly realize they have it pretty good. Virginie doesn't enter the picture until about halfway through the film - but she more than makes up for it in that last half!
You'd think there would be subtitles for this movie
somewhere but I can't find any. The disc doesn't have them, even in the native French. If for nothing else I'd like to know why the colonel's wife seems perfectly okay with their young houseguest having his child!
