This version is a little better. Both appear to be 720p upscales of the DVD, but the .mkv has better picture and sound quality.

After checking it appears the release year on this file is correct, 1985 rather than 1986. If you've been searching online for the disc that may help you!

Thanks for the new links.
Both 720p-versions are just upscales from the dvd and have ugly jerky movements

On my system the .avi file has that jerky quality to it, but the .mkv plays smoothly. That's the main reason I posted it. Sorry it's not working for you. But neither 720p version is "real" 720p. I couldn't find an HDTV Rip, web-dl, or blu-ray release unfortunately.

Deinterlacing is never perfect. The real problem here is frame rate. That .mkv is 29.97 fps, like the original source, while the .avi has for some inexplicable reason been converted down to 25.00 fps. Hence the jerky motion.

I prefer loverboy's dvd-rip, which is still available.
